These will have some messy lines and scribbles. Can be flatcolored with minimal shading/lighting or be B/W (with a touch of color)

★ Bust / headshot ★

Expressions must be provided by the client. Sheets typically include 6-8 expressions (additional expressions available for an extra fee). Can also include a small fullbody.
Character info, lore, and personality are required to capture them accurately.

Centered in expressions with bright colors, these can be used for profile icons in twitter, facebook, toyhouse or more. Icons will always be 800x800 px

Super simple and symmetrical lil' headshots of your character.
May have minimal shading/lighting.🔺Be aware super complex designs will be simplified and long bodyparts will be shortened to fit the small canvas, which is fixed at 200x200 pixels. 🔺🔸Prices are for bundles:

🔸 5 icons = $15

Turnaround is usually 1-2 days, but please allow up to a week depending on my queue ♥

★ Portrait busts ★

Drawings mostly centered on the face and shoulders, giving overall attention in showing the character's personality, goes accompanied with a background.🔺Can be full rendered or have a simple shading🔺🔸Prices starts at $125🔸

A simple version of the portrait bust. These have no BG (or can have a simple one) and will always have a simple shading.Estimate deadlines for these are usually quick, between one or two days to less than a week.🔸Prices starts at $65🔸

(Detailed)

A sheet dedicated to showing off your character, highlighting their personality, likes, dislikes, and special markings.🔸Each reference sheet is unique; I adapt to what the character needs. Everything is drawn from scratch.🔺These sheets are visual-focused rather than text-heavy and do not include mirrored poses. 🔺✔️Can work:
🔸From text descriptions, with no pre-existing images of the character.
🔸Complex or intricate characters.
🔸Non-furry/anthro characters, such as humans, humanoids, mechas...
(Note: Humans/humanoids may have an additional cost due to clothing, which is going to be included in both front/back fullbody for a nude and a clothed version)
🔸NSFW details and fetishes.❌ Won't do:
🔸Wall of text🔸Estimate deadlines for reference sheets are between 1 month up to 2-3 months. Quick response from the customer, text descriptions, and clear visual references help speed up the process.🔸Reference sheets have an original canvas size between 3000px and 7000px (or more) and the files will be send via email or st.ash (after full payment is checked)🔸NSFW bits are free. These can be optional (Only applied on the front fullbody + a small view).

Need more space to display your character in full glory? This option is for you.
This reference sheet have 4 chibis, 4 headshots, likes&dislikes section, feral shape and accesories. All these extra things can be changed depending on your needs; 4 headshots can show emotions or different hairstyles, the feral shape can be swapped for another chibi, and so on...🔸The more information you provide to me about your character, the better and more detailed the final result will be. 🔸🔸Prices starts at $540+🔸

The simplest option, these have front/back view.
Can show another small details such as tail, mouth/eyes zoom and accesories.

These reference sheets have no likes/dislikes section, instead they show a small information about the character and only have one headshot. (Except for feral ref sheets)

Design made following traits, color palette, ideas, moodboards, text descriptions or any theme the client desires for a character design.
Final artwork will be a 3/4 fullbody with NSFW alt and color palette, may have a back view if the design's complexity requires it.🔸Prices start at $120-150🔸

★ Important notes when you order a ref ★

  • Include as much info as you can about the character; personality, likes/dislikes, clothing, accessories or hobbies. Especially if the type of ref sheet requires it.

  • *If the character is text-description only, I will make a small concept sketch first before working on the actual reference sheet. This is to avoid heavy corrections and/o improvisations with the reference sheet itself. (The concept can be used as a temporary ref also)

  • You can ask for a certain type of body or artstyle (Kemono, anthro) to be followed in the ref sheet.

  • You can also ask me to follow a the layout/format from older ref sheets (if desired)

  • This also can include specific views, mawshots, headshots, etc that might no be present in my recent examples.

  • Visual references, photos or drawings are always helpful.

  • If your character has been drawn incorrectly in the past, pointing that out is extremely helpful.

  • You can send lengthy descriptions about the character, but have in mind these will be summarized in the final ref sheet.

  • Be aware certains words can't be translated into drawings or may be too ambiguous to be put into the likes / dislikes section.

  • If you want extra attention paid to any specific detail about the character, please let me know.

  • Remember the more specific you are about your character, the better the ref sheet will be (:

★ TAT ★
(Turnaround Time)

🔸Completion time: Typically 1 to 3-4 months, depending on my queue length.🔸Updates: You will receive WIPs (Work in Progress) weekly until completion.
🔸Approval: I never proceed without explicit approval. I won't finish the artwork or make major changes without letting you know first.🔸Tracking: You can check progress anytime via Trello (Updated daily)🔸Deadlines: If you need the work completed by a specific date, please let me know beforehand.

(Adoptables: Customs and auctions)

This applies to both normal adopts to customs designs:
🔸Minor to major editing is alright:
✔️You're free to remove marks, change hair, add or remove jewelry, change gender, change species, history or name (if has any), etc.
🔸Reselling, trading or gifting is a-ok.
🔸If you have a Toyhouse account feel free to credit me as the creator of your adopted character there!❌ Don't claim the design as your own. Crediting yourself for major changes is alright, though I must be credited as the original creator of the initial design.🔸My designs and color patterns sometimes may be complicated or difficult for certain artists, so it's totally okay to tone down or simplify the original design for more comfort.

★ Payment Plans ★

Payment plans range from 2 months up to a maximum of +4 months (depending on the price). Installments can be paid monthly or weekly; this must be agreed upon in the payment plan.
⚠️Lack of communication will result in additional fees, see below.
🔸Late payments will incur and additional fee. (35% interest for each overdue week) this can be avoided if you notify me with a reasonable explanation one or two weeks before the expected payment date
🔸Unwatermarked and non-resized files will be sent once the final payment is confirmed.
🔸If the commission/adopt includes additional art, work on it will start only after the final payment is made.

★ Your rights / My rights★

I reserve the right to:
🔸To decline a commission; either because I felt uncomfortable with the theme or by poor client behavior. (Although this is unlikely to happen)
🔸Use the drawing for examples in my art-sites / Portfolio.
🔸Request additional charging and monetary compensation if there are too many edits requests and the client is improvising with the drawing with no clear idea.You have the right to:
🔸Request edits, corrections or changes as long as the work is still in the sketch phase (before lineart or color)
🔸Request any update about your drawing anytime. (But please, don't abuse or spam)
🔸Request your artwork to be private. Additional charge will apply.
🔸Request the original size of your commission.
🔸Reupload / repost your commission anywhere you like.
🔸Use the artwork as profile pic or icon anywhere you like.Refund
❌ I don't do refunds.
🔸Refunds are only provided if I'm unable to complete your commission. Eligibility requires full payment and no progress/updates received for 2-3 months. However, due to my workflow, this is highly unlikely.
🔸If there is existing progress on the commission, a partial refund will be calculated based on the amount of work done (usually between 25-35% of the paid price). If no work has been started, you will receive a full 100% refund.
