Sketches

These will have some messy lines and scribbles. Can be flatcolored with minimal shading/lighting or be B/W (with a touch of color)

Bust / headshot

Halfbody

Expressions should be suggested, these can have between 6 to 8 or more expressions, of course more expressions will increase the price, may include a small fullbody.
Character's information, lore and personality is a must to draw them accurately.

Fullcolor commissions

Icons (1800x1800 px)

Centered in expressions with bright colors, these can be used for profile icons in twitter, facebook, toyhouse or more. Icons will always be 1800x1800 px, resized at 900x900.
The BG may be slighty more simple (if apply)🔸Prices starts at $65🔸

Icons (200x200 px)

Super simple and symmetrical lil' headshots of your character.
May have minimal shading/lighting.🔺Be aware super complex designs will be simplified and long bodyparts will be shortened to fit the small canvas, wich is always going to be 200x200 pixels 🔺🔸Prices are for bundles:
🔸1 icon = $5
🔸 5 icons = $15
🔸10 icons = $25
Turnaround for these is usually quick, between 1-2 days. Although it may go longer if there's other works in my queue. But I'll be less than a week as an roughly estimate anyway ♥

Portrait busts

Drawings mostly centered on the face and shoulders, giving overall attention in showing the character's personality, goes accompanied with a background.🔺Can be full rendered or have a simple shading🔺🔸Prices starts at $125🔸

Busts

A simple version of the portrait bust. These have no BG (or can have a simple one) and will always have a simple shading.Estimate deadlines for these are usually quick, between one or two days to less than a week.🔸Prices starts at $65🔸

Halfbody

Self explanatory! These are drawn in a simple way with minimal shading and lights.

Reference sheets (Detailed)

A page sheet dedicated to show off your character, highlight their personality, likes, dislikes and special marks.🔸Each reference sheet is unique; I adapt to what the character needs. Everything is drawn from scratch.🔺These reference sheets are more graphic than textual and have no mirrored poses. 🔺✔️Can work:
🔸From text descriptions, with no pre-existing images of the character.
🔸Complicated or intricate characters.
🔸Non-furry/anthro characters, such as humans, humanoids, mechas...
(Note: Humans/humanoids may have an additional cost due to clothing, wich is going to be included in both front/back fullbody for a nude and a clothed version)
🔸NSFW details and fetishes.❌ Won't do:
🔸Wall of text🔸Estimate deadlines for reference sheets are between 1 month up to 2-3 months. Quick response from costumer, text description and clear visual references may help to speed the process.🔸Reference sheets have an original canvas size between 3000px and 7000px (or more) and the files will be send via email or st.ash (after full payment is sent and checked)🔸NSFW bits are free. These can be optional (Only applied on the front fullbody + a small view).

Reference sheet (Complete)

Not enough items and chibis to display your character information in full glory and detail? then this option is for you.
This reference sheet have 4 chibis, 4 headshots, likes&dislikes section, feral shape and accesories. All these extra things can be changed depending on your needs; 4 headshots can show emotions or differente hairstyles, the feral shape can be changed to another chibi and so on...🔸The more information you provide to me about your character, the better and more detailed the final result will be. 🔸🔸Prices starts at $540+🔸

Reference sheets (Simple)

The simplest option, these have front/back view.
Can show another small details such as tail, mouth/eyes zoom and accesories.

Reference sheets (Normal)

These reference sheets have no likes/dislikes section, instead they show a small information about the character and only have one headshot. (Except for feral ref sheets)

Custom characters

Design made following traits, color palette, ideas, moodboards, text descriptions or any theme the costumer desires for a character design.
Final artwork will be a 3/4 fullbody with NSFW alt and color palette, may have a back view if the design's complexity requires it.🔸Prices starts at $120-150🔸

Important notes when ordering a ref

  • Add as much info as you can about the character; personality, likes/dislikes, clothing, accesories or hobbies. Especially if the type of ref sheet requires it.

  • *If the character has NO images and is text-description only, I will make a small concept first before working on the actual reference sheet. This is to avoid heavy corrections and/o improvisations with the reference sheet itself. (The concept can be used as a temporal ref also)

  • You can ask for a certain type of body or artstyle (Kemono, anthro) to be followed in the ref sheet.

  • You can also ask me to follow a format from older ref sheets (if desired)

  • This also includes certain views, mawshots, headshots, etc that are not present in recent works.

  • Visual references/photos/drawings are always helpful.

  • If your character have been drawn incorrectly in the past, it's super helpful to point that out

  • You can send lenghty descriptions about the character, but have in mind these will be summarized in the final ref sheet.

  • Be aware certains words can't be transfered into drawings or may result too ambiguous to be put into the likes / dislikes section.

  • If you want extra attention in any specific detail about the character, please let me know.

  • Remember, the more specific you are about your character, the better the ref sheet will be (:

🔸If there's any specific style you would like me to follow (p.e; more kemono looking rather than anthro) let me know.
🔸I will always send an initial WIP for approval and / or edits.

(Estimate time of completion)

🔸Estimated time of completion may take around 1 month up to 3-4 months, depending in how many commissions I have in my queue.🔸You will receive WIP's (Work in progress) weekly until completion.
🔸I never work without explicit approval, this means I don't make advances or changes without letting you know first.🔸You can check progress anytime via Trello (It's daily updated) 🔸if you need the work to be completed within an specific date let me know before hand.

Terms of Services (Adoptables: Customs and auctions)

This applies both for normal adopts to customs ones:
🔸Minor to major editing is alright:
✔️You're free to remove marks, change hair, adds or remove jewelry, change gender, change species, history or name (if has any), etc.
🔸Reselling, trading or gifting is a-ok.
🔸If you have a Toyhouse account feel free to credit me as the creator of your adopted character there!❌ Don't claim the design as your own. Crediting youself for major changings is alright, though I should be credit as the original creator of the initial design.🔸My designs and color patterns sometimes may be complicated or difficult to certain artists, so it's totally okay to tone down or simplify the original design for more comfort.

Payment Plans

Payment plans can be of 2 months up to a maximum of +4 months (according to the price). Quotas can be done monthly or weekly, this must be agreed on a payment plan.
⚠️Lack of communication will result in additional charging, see below.
🔸Delay in payments will result in additional charging. (35% of interest each overdue week) this can be avoided if you send a notification with a reasonable explanation about your delay in one or two weeks before the expected payment day
🔸Unwatemarked and non-resized files will be send once the final payment is confirmed.
🔸Is there's additional art that was offered to be made with the adopt / design / commission, the work is going to be started once the final payment is made.

In in the right to:
🔸To decline a commission; either because I felt uncomfortable with the theme or by bad costumer's behavior. Although this is unlikely to happen.
🔸Use the drawing for examples in my art-sites / Portfolio.
🔸Request additional charging and monetary compensation if there are too many edits requests and costumer is improvising with the drawing with no clear idea.You're in the right to:
🔸Request edits, corrections or fixings as long as the work is is still being sketched and have no lineart or color started.
🔸Request any update about your drawing anytime. (But please, don't abuse or spam)
🔸Request your artwork to be private. Additional charge will apply.
🔸Request the original size of your commission.
🔸Reupload / repost your commission anywhere you like.
🔸Use the artwork as profile pic or icon anywhere you like.Refund
❌ I don't do refunds.
🔸A refund is only possible in the event of a fault on my part, but only if the full payment has been made and if you have no progress or updates about your commissions in 2 or 3 months. But, due to my immediate way of working this is unlikely to happen.
